BRANDON C. HARRIS
Founder/Principal Broker
Brandon C. Harris is the founder and principal broker of Harris Commercial Real Estate Services, a full service commercial real estate brokerage and management firm. Following more than a decade of successful office, retail, medical and industrial transactions stretching across all aspects of commercial real estate, Brandon founded the firm in 2013 to build on the foundation of trust and results by offering a full suite of commercial real estate solutions.
Clientele includes Fortune 500 companies, multi-national corporations, federal, state and local governmental entities, development firms, franchisees, technology and e-commerce companies and start-ups, as well as many regional and local investors and tenants.
Prior to founding Harris Commercial, Brandon was a commercial broker at a boutique real estate firm specializing in sales and leasing of commercial property and began offering full service asset management in 2006. Brandon began his career in the commercial real estate industry in 2000 at a regional industrial development and brokerage firm headquartered in Chico, CA.
Brandon currently represents and manages over 350,000 square feet of professional office, medical and retail property in the Chico, CA area.

CHARLIE CARNEY
Senior Associate
As a Senior Associate at Harris Commercial Real Estate Services, Charlie specializes in office, retail, and industrial leasing and sales primarily in Chico and the Northern Sacramento Valley. Prior to joining Harris Commercial, Charlie was at Skyline Construction in San Francisco California where he served as a Project Engineer, working on commercial tenant improvement projects. His diverse skill set and experience in commercial construction, as well as tenant improvements, sales, and leasing, have proven to be a valuable asset to his clients.

Calen Chapman is a Senior Associate at Harris Commercial Real Estate Services, specializing in commercial sales and leasing in Chico, CA.
